WHO WAS THIS CREATED FOR?
Purpose-driven Organizations/Businesses/Independent Creators who need to quickly lay a solid foundation for communications & promotion.
WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED RESULTS?
Organization/Business/Independent Creators will be fully empowered and excited to leverage communications & promotion to activate their Mission/Purpose. You will:
- Confidently tell your story and invite others to join you on your path
- Develop communications infrastructure so you can do your work and not worry about or reinvent the wheel every time they create communications & promote
- Build your capacity in the best practices/tools/technology of communications & promotion
- Solidify, strengthen and package your authentic Identity as a reflection of your Purpose/Vision/Mission
- Lay the groundwork to meaningfully engaging your audiences to progressively grow a sustainable community that supports your Purpose/Vision/Mission
HOW IS THIS LEVEL DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS?
- This level is about quickly getting set up and building capacity. Participants do most of the hands-on work.
- This is the core program where participants get time to build a foundation while learning about best practices and applying hands-on practice with tools.
- This program has less granular parts covered and more broad-based practices.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
“Fast-Track” Public Image Works gives you everything you need to have tangible creative assets and a plan that takes the guesswork out of communications. The 3-month program involves you more in the hands-on work so you can learn fast and you can get results fast.
Social Impact Studios (SIS) will work on parts of your Public Image with you - but you’ll be doing most of the actual build out. Here are the steps we’ll take to help you plan and activate strong communication and promotion of your work:
All Public Image Works Programs include:
STEP 1: DISCOVERY
#1 Kick Off Meeting/Webinar: Public Image Works 101
This is a time to review all of the components and our game plan for this work together. We'll review the theory, best practices and the core tools so everybody is on the same page and ready to roll. We’ll review what goes into a strong “Identity” (also known as “Brand”) and lay the groundwork for developing or enhancing yours. An Identity is a combination of Message, Visuals and the Experience audiences have when hearing your story.
STEP 2: CLARITY
#2 Meeting: Action Plan Clarity
SIS will lead a review of the following:
#3 Meetings: Identity Review
#4 Assessment Brief
SIS will create a full report & recommendation from the assessment work we did in #3.
STEP 3: AUTHENTIC IDENTITY RESOURCES
#5 Work: Identity Catalogs
This will be a time to gather & tighten all of your creative assets that confirm Identity. The sum of this work creates an Identity Style Guide for ongoing use.
STEP 4: VIBRANT PROMOTION
#6 Webinar/Discovery: Communications/Promotion Best Practices & Foundation
We’ll review what makes good communication and what goes into vibrant “Promotion” (also known as “Marketing”). We’ll lay the foundation for your overall approach to Communications that will include establishing goals, strategy, tactics, outlets, budget and timeline - including social media.
#7 Work/Session: Communications/Promotion Strategy
SIS will collaborate with you to create your Communications/Promotion Strategy based on the results of the discovery in #5. The process takes 2-weeks to complete. This will ultimately be a “living” Strategy for weekly assessment and adjustment based on impact. Promotion Strategy typically includes:
STEP 5: MEANINGFUL ENGAGEMENT
#8 Webinar/Discovery: Engagement Best Practices
Promotion is about pushing out information. Engagement is about bringing people into your work. We’ll review how to link the two together for a more effective circular approach. We’ll review the conditions needed for meaningful engagement and lay the groundwork for your own “Engagement Ecosystem.”
STEP 6: YOUR PUBLIC IMAGE PLAN
#9 Work: Managing It All - The Public Image Plan
This is where we bring it all together to help you create an annual plan, go public and/or launch a campaign:
STEP 7: ACTIVATE!
#10 Wrap Up/Webinar: Ready Checklist
After the fast-track 3-month program completes, you’ll have everything you need to continue to manage your Public Image on your own - or you can opt to continue working with SIS to implement the plan with you at add-on cost.
Follow Up Check-In: 1 month & 6 months
$1,200 including materials/hosting
Public Image Works program costs can be paid in installments.
